Why do I get a "Runtime error!" and/or other
Windows errors when I try to file a Quebec CO-17 return via the Internet?
This will occur if you are missing one or both of the modules
needed (Soap 3.0 Toolkit and MSXML4SP2) to be able to file CO-17 returns via the Internet.
Please access the two links below in order to download the required files.
When done, install them separately.
